Vivek AgarwalAs the title says, even though the trauma has become cliche in 21st centuries due to its overuse in communication, but it still represents scars left by something either physical or mentally, which must be spoken, talked upon, and not sealed off behind lips.
What is the author's central argument or claim?
Vivek AgarwalEven trauma is overused, their is no hierarchy. It should be talk, shared with others to move on from it, one sold not hold a believe in a having a permanent wound. The opposite of it where people are stoic, show resistance is not also the correct method. The trauma can lead to more harm than good when not communicated properly to the self.

Vivek AgarwalThe author tries to put all perspectives on the table, the rise of the memoirs where female share their trauma openly, how it is different from wanting attention, how it helps. also in the current time, the rise of PTSD or traumatic disorder, the capitalism around it. It might not be a straight path, but it helped as to acknowledge us many thing which we ignored as in the past like shell shock which was PTSD caused by silence of soldiers in ww1.

Vivek AgarwalThe mother of author was seen a stoic and strong person, looking happy, ensuring others, making fiends with nurses, not signs of trauma. The similar case was for the older generation be it soldiers, and I am truly grateful to be generations where we talking about these things is common,
