Set 4Hard

A co-working floor has 12 cabins in two rows — Row-1 (front) and Row-2 (back) — and six columns, Col-A to Col-F. A cabin is named by its column and row (e.g., C2 = Col-C, Row-2). The floor is split into two wings: Wing-P (Cols A, B, C) and Wing-Q (Cols D, E, F). Two corridors run through the floor: one along the back of Row-2, and one between the two wings (between Col-C and Col-D). The CORRIDOR-ADJACENCY of a cabin is the number of its sides touching a corridor (for example C2, F2 and B1 have corridor-adjacency 2, 1 and 0). The NEIGHBOUR-COUNT of a cabin is the number of its sides touching LEASED cabins in the SAME wing (for example E1 and C1 have maximum possible neighbour-counts of 3 and 2). Some cabins are leased (occupied); the rest are vacant. The quoted monthly rent (in thousands of rupees) of a VACANT cabin = base + 4*(corridor-adjacency) + 3*(neighbour-count), where base = 10 without air-conditioning (AC) and 13 with AC. Also known. 1. The maximum quoted rent of a vacant cabin in Wing-P is 24 (thousand). The minimum quoted rent of a vacant cabin in Wing-Q is 16, and one such cabin is in Col-E. 2. Row-1 has exactly two leased cabins, one in each wing. 3. Both cabins in Col-E are vacant. Each of Col-D and Col-F has at least one leased cabin. 4. Exactly one cabin on the floor has AC; it is vacant and in Wing-Q.
